We came together because we’d both seen how much work sits behind running a practice, how often it falls to the same few people, and how much of that work could now be made easier.
That’s the problem we’re building Trilbii to solve.
Two perspectives on the same problem
Carolyn S Dean
Co-founder and CEO
Carolyn has spent nearly two decades helping dental practices grow and navigate the business of dentistry.
Her experience spans dental marketing, patient experience, practice growth and healthcare communications, working with hundreds of practices across Australia.
Anthony Middlemiss
Co-founder
Anthony spent around 20 years running allied health practices before returning to technology.
Marketing, HR, systems, administration and the constant work required to keep a practice running were part of his everyday reality.
Research first
Before we built anything, we listened
Before building Trilbii, we spent more than a year talking to dental practice owners and managers, researching how teams work and identifying where AI could provide practical support.
We started with the problems practices were already dealing with, then looked at where AI could take some of it on.
Why we work well together
Different experience makes Trilbii stronger.
One has spent years working alongside dental practices. The other has spent years on the other side, actually running practices.
That combination shapes how we build Trilbii: start with the job that needs doing, understand the person doing it, then work out where AI can genuinely help.
How we build
Building close to practices
We’re building Trilbii with practices, not at them.
We spend time with practice owners, managers and teams to understand what takes time, what gets left undone and where AI can provide useful support without adding another complicated system to learn.
We built Trilbii for practices that wear too many hats.
