About Trilbii
Trilbii is an Australian AI platform built specifically for dental practices. It helps teams with marketing, operations and AHPRA advertising checks, without requiring them to learn AI or write prompts.
The current tools help practices create social and blog content, draft Google review responses, build operations manuals and resources, create colouring sheets, and check marketing or website content against relevant AHPRA advertising guidelines and practice-specific guardrails.
Australian dental practices: owners, practice managers and the team members who carry the marketing, documentation and advertising check work. The longer term vision extends to healthcare practices more broadly.
Trilbii was founded by Carolyn S Dean, a dental marketing specialist who has worked with more than 500 Australian practices over 21 years, and Anthony Middlemiss, an oral health therapist and practice owner of nearly 30 years. Trilbii was developed within the Macquarie University Incubator.
Trilbii is named after the trilby hat. Practice teams wear too many hats, and Trilbii helps take a few of them off. The longer story is on this page.
Using Trilbii
No. Practices should not have to learn AI to benefit from it. You choose the job you need done, the relevant practice context is already applied, and your team reviews and uses the result.
We onboard your practice and teach Trilbii how you work. During onboarding, Trilbii builds relevant knowledge about your practice, including your treatments, brand, tone of voice and guardrails, and the practice signs off before go live. Your team gets a training session as part of onboarding.
You can, and general AI can be very useful. Trilbii is designed around the dental practice jobs you need done. The relevant practice context, instructions and guardrails sit behind the tool, so your team can focus on the work, review the result and use it.
No. Trilbii creates work for your team to review, approve and use. The review step is part of the design, not an optional extra.
Yes. Practice information is hosted in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and each practice’s content is separated from every other practice’s. The current tools do not read, store or process patient records. The full detail, including how Trilbii meets the Australian Privacy Principles, is on the Security and Compliance page.
No. Trilbii helps with the work around patient care. It is not designed to diagnose patients or replace clinical judgement.
AHPRA advertising checks
Trilbii checks marketing content against relevant AHPRA advertising guidelines and practice-specific guardrails to support the practice’s review. Flagged content comes with a plain-language explanation and a suggested rewrite. The practitioner and practice apply their judgement to the final content.
No tool can. Trilbii flags what may need attention against relevant guidelines to support your review. Responsibility for published content stays with the practitioner and the practice, and Trilbii does not replace professional, regulatory or legal advice.
Yes. The AHPRA Website Checker scans your site page by page and produces a report of content that may need attention, with suggested rewrites for your review.
Practice management systems
Yes. Trilbii Core works independently of your practice management system, so you can use it regardless of which PMS your practice uses. Nothing needs to be connected to your PMS to use Trilbii Core.
The Centaur Software partnership is confirmed and the integration is under development. Google review request automation is the first planned integrated capability. Each capability will be described as live only when it is available.
Where an authorised integration exists, the PMS can provide relevant practice context, data and workflow triggers that let Trilbii do more useful work, such as review requests, recalls, reactivation and treatment follow up. These are described as planned or future until each one is live.
Pricing and joining
The Trilbii founding rate is $497 per month + GST for the first 20 practices to join. The founding rate includes all current and future Trilbii Core tools and is held for as long as the practice remains with Trilbii. Trilbii Comms and other PMS-connected tools are not included. Full details are on the pricing page.
No. There is no lock-in or minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel and later return, the founding rate no longer applies and you will rejoin at the pricing available at that time.
The Lighthouse Programme is Trilbii’s early customer cohort. Participating practices use the product with close support, provide structured feedback and have a direct feedback loop with the team building Trilbii. Founding practices join the programme as part of the founding offer.
