Pricing
We are launching with a single founding rate rather than a pricing grid. The first 20 practices to join Trilbii pay $497 per month + GST, and that rate is held for as long as they remain with Trilbii.
The first 20 means the first 20 Trilbii practices in total, whichever practice management system they use.
What is included
Every Trilbii Core tool works independently of your practice management system, so you can start using Trilbii without connecting to your PMS.
We onboard your practice and teach Trilbii how you work: your treatments, brand, tone of voice and guardrails. Your team gets a training session before go live, and the practice signs off on everything Trilbii knows about you.
Founding practices join the Lighthouse Programme: close support from the founders, structured check ins, and a real say in what Trilbii builds next.
Your founding rate includes all current and future Trilbii Core tools. Trilbii Comms and other PMS-connected tools are not included in the founding rate.
Why only 20
Every founding practice is onboarded by the founders and works closely with us. That does not scale past a small group, so we are not pretending it does.
When the 20 places are filled, the founding rate closes. Practices that join afterwards will pay the standard rate current at the time.
Common questions
Per practice. Your team works from the same practice knowledge, and the rate covers the practice rather than counting seats.
Your $497 per month + GST founding rate is held for as long as your practice remains with Trilbii. If you cancel and later return, the founding rate no longer applies and you will rejoin at the pricing available at that time.
No. There are 20 founding places in total, regardless of which practice management system you use.
No. There is no lock-in or minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time.
If the Lighthouse Programme is still available to join on this page, founding places remain. Once all 20 places are taken, the founding offer will close.
