Carolyn S Dean founded Trilbii AI after decades working alongside dental and healthcare practices and witnessing firsthand the administrative pressure overwhelming teams.

A recognised leader in AI and data-driven marketing and business strategy, Carolyn has spent more than 20 years supporting the dental and healthcare industries. As an award-winning strategist, consultant and speaker, she has advised hundreds of practices, from independent clinics to large corporates, including serving as Head of Marketing for one of Australasia’s largest dental networks. She is also the author of Fully Booked – Dental Marketing Secrets for a Full Appointment Book.

Trilbii AI was born from a clear observation. Clinical care is not the problem. The operational load around it is. HR, compliance, marketing and daily administration are consuming valuable time and contributing to burnout across the profession.

With a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, Carolyn bridges healthcare expertise and technology, building practical, compliant AI tools designed specifically for regulated practice environments.
