What this notice covers. This notice explains how we handle information about visitors to trilbii.ai. It does not cover information handled inside the Trilbii platform — for that, see our Trilbii Platform Privacy Policy.

Analytics cookies are off until you turn them on

When you first visit trilbii.ai we ask whether you are willing to allow analytics cookies. Until you accept, no analytics or tracking cookies are set and no persistent identifier is stored on your device. A security cookie may still be set by Cloudflare and by our chat widget, because the site cannot be served safely without them.

We do measure the visit either way: which pages were viewed, how long for, and where people left. That measurement uses no cookies and stores no lasting identifier on your device, so we cannot recognise you if you come back. The events themselves are sent to and stored by PostHog in the United States, and we have configured PostHog to discard IP addresses so they are not retained.

Alongside that, when you submit a form or click one of our main buttons — book a demo, join the waitlist, view pricing — we record that it happened, and which button it was. We never record what you typed. Field contents are not captured at any point.

We store one small record of your choice on your device so we do not ask again. It contains only your answer and the date. If you choose “Anonymous only”, that record and the cookie-free measurement above are all that ever happens.

If you accept, we additionally turn on session replay, which records how the page was used — scrolling, clicks and navigation — so we can see where the site is confusing.

What we add if you accept

  • Google Analytics 4 — which pages are visited, how long for, and how people move through the site. Provided by Google and stored on Google’s servers overseas, including in the United States.
  • PostHog — page views, exits and clicks, so we can see where the site is confusing. Stored in the United States. PostHog is also what performs the anonymous measurement described above; accepting adds a cookie so it can link a return visit to an earlier one.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or personalisation tracking on this website, and we do not sell your information.

What runs regardless

  • Cloudflare — serves and protects the site. Sets security cookies needed to keep it online.
  • Our chat widget — provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) so you can message us. It loads on every page and sets its own cookies. If you send us a message, that conversation is handled by GoHighLevel and stored overseas, including in the United States.

Overseas disclosure

The website services above store information outside Australia, including in the United States. This is separate from the Trilbii platform: personal information held in the Trilbii app is stored in Australia, as described in our Trilbii Platform Privacy Policy.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. You can also clear cookies in your browser, or use your browser’s do-not-track and cookie-blocking settings.

Forms and enquiries

If you complete a form, join the waitlist or book a demo, we collect the details you give us so we can respond. We handle that information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint. Contact us through our contact form or call 02 9136 2337. Our full complaint-handling process is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
