What does the name Trilbii mean?

It all starts with the hats.

If you own or manage a healthcare practice, you probably know what it feels like to wear too many hats.

One minute you're looking after patients or supporting your clinical team.

The next you're thinking about marketing, managing staff, updating a policy, responding to reviews, checking compliance, fixing something on the website or dealing with another job that's somehow landed on your desk.

That's where Trilbii gets its name.

The Trilbii trilby hat, the symbol behind the Trilbii AI name

A trilby is a hat.

And the more we spoke with dental, medical and healthcare practice owners and managers, the more we heard the same thing:

"I wear too many hats."

The hats behind every practice

Running a healthcare practice takes far more than delivering great patient care. There are the obvious roles. And then there are all the other hats that get added along the way.

The Marketing Hat

Social media, website content, blogs, reviews, campaigns and keeping the practice visible.

The Operations Hat

Policies, procedures, systems, documentation and keeping everything running behind the scenes.

The Compliance Hat

Making sure what your practice publishes and communicates meets the standards expected in healthcare.

The People Hat

Supporting the team, onboarding new people, communicating clearly and building a practice where people can do their best work.

The Patient Communication Hat

Keeping patients informed, following up and making sure important communication doesn't fall through the cracks.

The Business Owner Hat

Strategy, growth, finances, technology and the hundreds of decisions that come with running a practice.

And that's before you put on the clinician hat.

The problem isn't that these jobs aren't important. It's that the same few people are often expected to do all of them.

Why Trilbii?

We created Trilbii to help healthcare practices use AI to make some of that work easier.

Not to replace practice owners, practice managers or their teams. To support them.

To take some of the repetitive work off their desks. To help them get things done faster. And, ultimately, to help them wear fewer hats.

That's why the trilby became part of our name, our identity and the way we think about what we're building.

AI built for practices that wear too many hats.

Because running a healthcare practice will probably always mean wearing more than one hat. We just don't think you should have to wear all of them.
