Anthony Middlemiss co-founded Trilbii AI with a clear focus on ensuring the platform delivers real-world value inside healthcare practices.
With more than 20 years’ experience as an allied health business owner, Anthony built, scaled and successfully exited his own clinics. His firsthand experience running healthcare businesses gives him a practical understanding of the daily operational pressures practices face, from staffing and compliance to workflow inefficiencies and growth challenges.
After exiting his clinics, Anthony returned to the technology sector to specialise in artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied AI and Machine Learning at Charles Sturt University, strengthening his expertise in AI implementation, data-driven optimisation and scalable system design.
At Trilbii AI, Anthony leads customer success and product refinement, working closely with practices to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly into real-world workflows. He plays a key role in translating technical capability into practical solutions that reduce friction, improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.
His focus is to ensure Trilbii is not just powerful but genuinely useful, intuitive and embedded in the daily rhythm of healthcare practices.
