Five free sessions, every Wednesday in September at 7.30pm, designed for dentists opening a practice, dentists in those critical first few years, and anyone looking to grow an established practice.
This is not another webinar. No slides. No pitching. Just a small panel of people who have actually done it, talking through the real decisions that come with building and growing a dental practice, with live questions every week.
The five sessions
Wednesday 2 September, Planning. The big decisions before you open the doors: lease terms, business structure, finance and getting the foundations right. With Jesse Green, Julian Whitehead and Ashley Quinton.
Wednesday 9 September, People. Building a team from scratch, hiring well early and creating a culture that can grow with your practice. With Abi Vijayanathan, Alex Kwonamsky and Jackie Strachan.
Wednesday 16 September, Place. Location, fit out and financing decisions that can set a new practice up for long term growth. With Ben Marcos, Tom Bracey and Orlando Kennard.
Wednesday 23 September, Promotion. Getting the right patients through the door, building your brand and communicating effectively. With Josh Rimmington, Dr Namita Gupta and Carolyn S Dean.
Wednesday 30 September, Process. The systems that allow a growing practice to run effectively, without everything relying on the owner. With Dan Hamilton, Craig Smithers and Sean Perera.
