Trilbii AI has joined the Centaur Software Partner Network, bringing practical AI for marketing, operations and AHPRA advertising checks to the thousands of Australian practices that run on Dental4Windows and Dental4Web.
The logic of the partnership is simple. Centaur Software runs the core of the practice: patients, appointments, treatment and records. Around that core sits a layer of work that lands on whoever has capacity, from the social post that never gets written to the operations manual no one can find. That is the work Trilbii was built for.

What this means for Centaur practices today
Dental4Windows and Dental4Web practices can use the full Trilbii toolkit now, alongside their existing systems:
- social posts, blogs and Google review responses tailored to the practice
- content designed to be discovered, so search engines and AI better understand the practice, its treatments and services
- website and marketing checks against AHPRA advertising guidelines
- manuals and SOPs turned into answers the team can find without searching documents
All from the click of a button, with the practice’s own context and guardrails behind every job, and the team reviewing everything before it is used.
The integration under development
Under a signed API agreement, Trilbii and Centaur Software are building an integration between Trilbii and Centaur’s practice management technology. Google review request automation is the first planned integrated capability, followed by enhanced patient communication: recalls, reactivation and treatment follow up, driven by what is already in the practice management system.
Each capability will be described as live only when it is available. Centaur practices will get first access to integrated capabilities as they are released.

The Trilbii founding rate is $497 per month + GST for the first 20 practices to join Trilbii, held for as long as they remain with Trilbii.
